What is a sample?

A sample is a small quantity of a flavour or speciality ingredient, between 30ml and 100ml, that allows you to evaluate the product in your formulation before committing to a full order.

Sample pricing

Samples are currently available at a delivery charge of AED 70 with no product cost, until 31st October 2026. The sample charge covers logistics and handling across all Emirates.

After 31st October 2026, samples will be available at AED 74.55 per sample plus AED 70 delivery.

How to order a sample

Register your licensed UAE or GCC business at flavourshop.ae/register. Access the catalogue. Select the product you wish to sample and choose the sample quantity at the point of ordering.

Sample eligibility

Samples are available to registered UAE and GCC licensed food and beverage businesses only. One sample per product per business per order.

Sample Limit

Each registered UAE or GCC business is entitled to up to 5 complimentary samples from the catalogue per account. This limit applies across all orders. Flavours not listed in the catalogue are not eligible for the complimentary sample offer and are charged at AED 74.55 per sample plus AED 70 delivery.

Sample use

Samples are intended for product development and formulation testing only. They are not for resale or direct food service use.

Sample delivery

Samples follow the same delivery timeline as full orders. 1 to 4 weeks from order confirmation and payment clearance, depending on the supplier. We deliver across all Emirates including the Western Region. Western Region deliveries may require additional time.
