Who these terms apply to

These terms apply to all registered users of FlavourShop.ae. By registering and placing orders on the platform, you agree to these terms.

Eligibility

FlavourShop.ae is a B2B platform for licensed food and beverage businesses. You must hold a valid UAE trade licence or a trade licence from a GCC country to register and place orders. Personal use is not permitted.

Orders and payment

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. Orders are confirmed only once payment is received in full by bank transfer. FlavourShop.ae reserves the right to cancel any order prior to payment confirmation.

Pricing

All prices shown on the platform exclude UAE VAT. VAT at 5% is added to the product price at the point of ordering. Delivery costs are shown separately and are not subject to VAT calculation.

Products

All products listed on FlavourShop.ae are food and beverage grade concentrates intended for manufacturing and product development use only. They are not intended for direct food service, restaurant, or kitchen use. The buyer is responsible for ensuring products are used in accordance with their intended application and applicable UAE food safety regulations.

Delivery

FlavourShop.ae delivers across all Emirates including the Western Region. Typical delivery is 1 to 4 weeks from order confirmation and payment clearance. Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Returns and complaints

Please refer to our Returns and Complaints Policy for information on product issues and dispute resolution.

Limitation of liability

FlavourShop.ae acts as a disclosed agent between the buyer and the supplier. The supplier remains the legal seller of record. FlavourShop.ae is not liable for product quality issues beyond the process of facilitating a resolution between the buyer and supplier.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
